Man Fights for DNA Samples to Prove He Is Al Capone's Grandson


CHICAGO - A Boston real estate investor believes so strongly that his grandfather was a famous Chicago gangster that he legally changed his last name to Capone six months ago.
Christopher Capone on Thursday laid the legal groundwork to get DNA samples that he hopes will prove Al Capone is his grandfather.
