This time, authorities say, Roger Van Darville, 47, exposed himself to elementary school children standing at a bus stop. Because he was out on bail on the December charges and is a registered sex offender, a judge this morning rebuffed the pleas of Darville's wife and ordered him held in lieu of $150,000 bail. More...
