ROCHESTER - A Strafford County grand jury this month indicted three people police arrested in March in connection with the shooting of a handgun inside Wal-Mart on Route 11.
Levi Downs, 17, of 1103 Farmington Road in Farmington and Steven Miller, 18, of 4 Weare St. in East Rochester, were each indicted on felony charges of reckless conduct and criminal threatening for allegedly pulling out firearms during a struggle near the front registers.
