Nutty News Rhode Island – Two people were arrested after a 6-year-old and several other minors were found drinking alcohol at a Rhode Island party. Police say a woman contacted them after she went to pick up her child from a birthday party in East Providence and discovered her child had been drinking. When police arrived they found several children, ranging in ages 6 to 15, consuming alcohol. Officers arrested Heather Picozzi, 32, and Shane Cole.
