MINNEAPOLIS – The mayor of a southern Wisconsin town received more than just a forecast from Jimmy the Groundhog Monday morning.
Sun Prairie Mayor Jonathan Freund was presenting Jimmy during the Groundhogs Day ceremony when Jimmy took the chance to bite the mayor’s ear.
