Elissa Alvarez, 20, and her partner Jose Caballero, 40, face up to 15 years in prison for the lewd love-making session last July on the public Bradenton Beach.
The two were spotted by horrified witnesses, including a 3-year-old girl. At least one bystander captured the racy romp on video, while another called the cops.
"Yeah, they think it's a joke," a woman watching the X-rated scene told a dispatcher, according to a 911 call released by Manatee County police. More
