New York - A Manhattan veterinarian has been charged with fondling three women and using their dogs as a cover for his creepy behavior.
James Dasbach, 59, was arrested on Wednesday and then again on Thursday before being released without bail after the women filed complaints that he had groped them.
Dasbach, who lives on the Upper East Side and works at the Humane Society's clinic on East 59th Street, has been charged with three counts of forcible touching, according to court documents.
