Woman said she was hurt in the collapse of toilet - Gets $1.2 Million to go away


ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort reached a $1.2 million settlement with a woman who said she was hurt in the collapse of one of the New Jersey resort's toilets. The Press of Atlantic City (N.J.) reported Saturday that 74-year-old Jean Ciocci agreed to settle her suit, in which she claimed to have been injured when a handicapped-accessible toilet collapsed at the resort in 2004.
