NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. -- A man is accused of terrorizing a woman in her apartment.
Thomas Blacine, 50, may have committed similar crimes as far away as Illinois, police said.
He lived there before he moved to Central Florida and began videotaping and victimizing a number of women here, police said. "Woke her up as he was fondling her breasts. The woman screamed," Sgt.
