Inmate released to go the dentist - Never came back


Utah - Deputies on Thursday were looking for a Clearfield woman who was released from the Davis County jail for a dental appointment last month but never returned. Bethany Ann Campbell was being held on 25 charges - all but three of them felonies - including 16 counts of unlawful use of credit cards and four counts of burglary. She was held on a $50,000 bail but granted a release for an Oct. 25 dentist appointment by Judge Michael Allphin, said Chief Deputy Bob Yeaman. Allphin did not order that Campbell be supervised during the visit and only indicated she was to return whenever the appointment was finished.
