Canada - An elderly Regina man rescued his dog from an icy Wascana Creek Tuesday — but then found himself knee-deep in water and in trouble.
Jim Brennand, 80, was taking two dogs for a walk in a grassy area in the morning when the smaller of the canines ran out onto the thin ice covering the creek.
