
Florida - For 15 years, Barry Fish rested under 12 feet of water just a few miles from his home west of Boca Raton, along a road family members used hundreds of times after he disappeared. Detectives found Fish's bones inside his silver Mercedes-Benz coupe that they pulled from the bottom of the Hillsboro Canal on Dec. 4. Their discovery was an accident. Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies were sweeping the canal for stolen cars when they found his, one of 114 cars at the bottom of the 7-mile canal that runs along narrow, two-lane Lox Road, marking the boundary between Palm Beach and Broward counties.
