SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - Salt Lake City police detectives say an officer received a random text message on his cell phone Tuesday, asking if he wanted to buy some Lortab. Police say narcotics detectives answered the text message and arranged to meet the unknown person at a Wal-Mart located at 4700 South 900 East.
