Wisconsin - A 19-year-old man being held on a probation violation was able to bail out of the Milwaukee County Jail by switching identification wristbands with another inmate, authorities said Monday.
Jaron X. Jennings, who was taken into custody on an auto theft warrant, was able to gain release on a misdemeanor marijuana charge Sunday afternoon after making the switch, according to a statement from the Milwaukee County sheriff's office.
