AURORA - Aurora police are now speaking out about charges brought against a teenage boy in a wheelchair. Joshua Martinez, 17, has been charged with assault and battery for hitting a 14-year-old girl with his wheelchair in the hallway of Rangeview High School. Some people see the wheelchair-bound teen as the primary victim in this case, yet he is being accused of making other people victims, by assaulting them with his wheelchair. More...
