PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania - A man fatally stabbed a neighbor woman because she treated him "like dirt" and told him he smelled, Pittsburgh police said. Terrence Andrews, 38, is charged with criminal homicide in the Thursday night death of 19-year-old Lisa Maas.
