ROME, Italy - An American tourist has been killed by a train in Rome as he walked on the tracks in a daze after being drugged and robbed. Italian police say 74-year-old Frank Phel of California, died Friday at the suburban Tiburtina station. They say the suspected robber, a 54-year-old Italian man arrested Saturday, had chatted with Phel and his wife before fetching them cappuccinos at a local cafe.
