PHOENIX - A collision sparked a road-rage shooting that left a grandmother dead and her 4-year-old granddaughter wounded Sunday afternoon, Phoenix police said.
The 70-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the front seat of vehicle carrying four other people, suffered gunshot wounds to her upper body and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, police said.
