BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma - An out-of-control brush fire has spread to a wheelchair and resulted in the death of a Tulsa County man. Authorities say 56-year-old Earl Freeman was burning limbs on Tuesday night when his motorized wheelchair caught on fire.
