In 2006, teacher Rutha G. Scott was suspended for 71 days without pay for placing a misbehaving student in a storage room at Olympic Heights High west of Boca Raton. On Wednesday, Scott lost her job because of similar alleged misconduct this year at Palm Beach Central High in Wellington.
