Florida - A Florida grand jury has indicted the mother of missing 3-year-old toddler Caylee Anthony on first-degree murder and other charges, even though the child's body has never been found. Prosecutors said Casey Anthony, 22, was arrested shortly after a 19-member grand jury issued the sealed indictment Tuesday afternoon. In addition to first-degree murder, Anthony was also charged with aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators in the death of her daughter, State Attorney Lawson Lamar said.
