ORANGE COUNTY, Florida - Monday morning a judge issued an arrest warrant for the mother who has been charged with using a power washer on her daughter. The arrest warrant was issued because Niurka Ramirez and her lawyer did not turn up in court. However, after finding out the woman is 9-months-pregnant and was home sick, the judge rescinded that order. Ramirez, 22, faces felony child abuse charges for the incident, which was caught on tape at the Magical Car Wash on Bloomfield Drive. More...
