SARASOTA, Florida - An off-duty detective with the Sarasota Police Department helps solve boat burglaries at Marina Jack in Sarasota.
While jogging before work Tuesday morning, Detective Sgt. K. Castro saw a Jacob Brigham walking westbound over the Ringling Bridge carrying a large flat screen television.
