RACINE — An Illinois woman, stopped by Racine police after she was seen throwing an open beer can out the window of her car Thursday, was arrested for her 13th offense of drunk driving. Dawn M. Oliva, 37, was taken into custody Thursday night. She was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Friday afternoon with a felony charge of operating while intoxicated 7th, 8th or 9th offense and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. More...
