Pennsylvania - A 33-year-old Beaver County man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Moon girl who went missing from Tuesday afternoon until police located her in Brighton Township on Thursday night. Thomas Boyce, 33, of Brighton Township, was charged with aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, indecent assault of a person younger than 16 and corruption of minors.
