New York - A town couple are free on bond after being charged with crimes involving the encouragement of a fight between their juvenile daughter and another girl, which was videotaped and posted on the Internet. David Onasis Roy, 39, and his wife, Betina Marie Roy, 34, of 142 Rugby St., have each been charged with felony endangerment and misdemeanor disorderly conduct for their roles in the Aug. 14 incident, according to warrants for their arrest. Mrs. Roy also has been charged with misdemeanor assault and battery of the girl her daughter was fighting. More...
