Las Vegas hotels offer topless pools


Nevada - Going topless at some of the biggest resorts in Las Vegas is nothing new, but the growing popularity means an increasing number of properties are welcoming women who want an almost-all-over tan. The resorts prefer to call them "European" instead of "topless" pools. Caesars Palace opened the first such venue more than 20 years ago, and its Venus pool still ranks among the more popular places to shed a bikini top.
