Arizona - Becky and Larry Tortellet were arrested last Friday. They're accused of keeping their 9-year-old grandson in a closet at their home on the Southwest Side. This is the second case of child abuse that Tucson Police have investigated in the last five days. Detectives say inside the closet they found a carpet, a sleeping bag, and a sheet. It also had a heavy odor of urine and feces. Police found out about the boy when Becky Tortellet took him to a health clinic last week. The clinic then notified Child Protective Services. More...
