RUTLAND, Vermont - The superintendent of the Marble Valley Correctional Facility said a disturbance at the jail was prompted by a change in prison policy. Superintendent David Bovat said the Saturday night incident was incited by inmates who had lost privileges for resisting the jail's recently requirement that inmates do more than "just sleep all day." Officials expect to learn Monday the extent of the damage caused after the 13 inmates refused to return to their cells. Bovat said the incident was contained by the facility's 11-member emergency response team. More... Magazine Lane - Discount Cigarettes & Tobacco - Nutty News Marketplace - 1-800-PetMeds
