Man faces 30 years for sexual assault - Sentenced to 10 days


South Carolina - A former Presbyterian College tennis player who had been facing up to 30 years in prison in an alleged sexual assault pleaded guilty today to a reduced charge and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, according to the defense attorney and solicitor in the case. As part of a plea agreement, Ruan Olivier, 19, had his charge reduced from first-degree criminal sexual conduct to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. More...
