Jose Caballero, 40, was filmed getting down and dirty in broad daylight with his 21-year-old lover Elissa Alvarez on Bradenton Beach in July 2014.
Numerous kids, including a 3-year-old girl, saw the couple romping in the sand,reports the Bradenton Herald.
The couple, who are still together, claimed they were not having sex.
Alvarez even said in court she was just "dancing on top of him" and "nudging" him to keep him awake. But they were found guilty in May of two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. More
