Kentucky - A Kentucky Catholic high school principal is on paid leave after being cited for prostitution. Police cited Dr. Paul Schum, 50, on October 30 after Schum was pulled over by Louisville Metro Police who spotted him in a Portland alley. Police released a tape in which they can be heard asking Schum if he has any weapons or drugs in the car. They also asked why he was in a part of town known for high crime.
