Woman insists that pack of cigarettes is her driver's license


Destin, Florida – A 24-year-old Shalimar woman who was arrested for battery and grand theft gave a sheriff’s deputy a pack of cigarettes and insisted it was her driver license. The woman, Morgan Bailey, was being questioned after she was involved in a disturbance at a BP Station in Destin, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office report. When the deputy arrived on Nov. 1, Bailey was in a shoving match with another man. The man claimed he and a friend were trying to give the woman a ride home from Club Overboard when they stopped at a Shell station in Destin to buy cigarettes. When the driver went inside, the woman, who was intoxicated, climbed into the front seat and started to drive away with one of the men still in the vehicle.
