GERING, Nebraska - Instead of a wedding ring, one Nebraska bride found herself in handcuffs. Scotts Bluff County deputies arrested 31-year-old Dianne Carnes on Tuesday afternoon, just after her courthouse wedding was to have started.Her offense?
