TAMPA, Florida – Prosecutors say a Hillsborough County middle school teacher was caught in the act on Monday as she continued an ongoing sexual relationship with one of her underage students, and they're working to make sure she stays behind bars after her third arrest in two months. Since March 13, 28-year-old Stephanie Ragusa has been charged with having sex with two different underage male students.
