PORT ST. LUCIE, Florida — A convicted rapist was arrested on Wednesday on a charge of stalking a woman with e-mails and text messages in which he allegedly accused her of having Satan's baby. Charles Michael Phillips, 51, had been communicating with the Port St. Lucie woman over the Internet and for days had been barraging her with bizarre phone and e-mail messages and calling her, according to police.
