NORTH PORT, Florida - At 8:30 p.m. Friday, a woman driving down Ponce de Leon Boulevard spotted a 4-year-old boy standing in the road. The boy did not know where he lived, so the woman called police. It turned out that the boy, Josner Joseph, was standing in front of his house in the 2900 block of Ponce de Leon Boulevard, and had been left home alone.
