Only three out of 10 between the ages of 17 and 24 qualified to serve in the Army


USA - When the Army goes looking for young people to enlist, says Gen. William Wallace, it runs into an astounding fact. “About 28 percent of them, based on our analysis, are fully qualified for military service,” he said. Only three out of 10 young people between the ages of 17 and 24 even qualify to serve in the Army.
