New York - An 18-year-old woman is accused of dropping her 5-week-old daughter head-first on the sidewalk and driving off drunk, leaving the baby behind. Cambridge-Greenwich Police Chief George Bell says a witness called police, who located the mother, Krista Cherry. The baby was treated at Glens Falls Hospital for a head injury after the Friday night incident.
