SHREVEPORT, Louisiana - A 34-year-old Rodessa man is in custody accused of cutting his friend's throat with a box cutter.
Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator says Richard Lee Brooks Junior, was booked Monday on charges of aggravated second-degree battery and possession of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon. Prator says Brooks also had two outstanding warrants. The two men began arguing about who would ride in the front seat. During the argument, Lawrence's throat was cut. More...
