Arizona - A man performing the act the "Human Speed Bump" was injured after being run over by a car during his act at the Arizona State Fair around 6:20 p.m. according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Tom Owen was scheduled to be run over by eight cars weighing up to 30,000 pounds according to the Arizona State Fair attractions listings.
