Illinois - A man was arrested early Thursday for allegedly beating another man who had urinated on his leg while he was sleeping.
Arrested was Joshua L. Mattison, 31, of the 1000 block of South 11th Street. The 35-year-old victim suffered a swollen right eyebrow and a bump on the back of his head, and he was treated at St. John’s Hospital. Police said he was intoxicated and uncooperative. More...
