AUBURN - A Gwinnett police recruit has been charged with burglarizing an acquaintance's apartment in Auburn last week while in uniform.The allegations have cost Buford resident Sean Filyaw, 24, his potential slot with Gwinnett County's largest police agency, authorities said Monday.Filyaw, a cadet in the Gwinnett County Police Department's training academy, has opted to resign in lieu of being terminated, Gwinnett police spokesman Cpl.
