New Jersey – A couple is suing their landlord because they claim their rental home is haunted. Jose Chinchilla and his fiancee Michele Callan claim they were terrorized by eerie noises, flickering lights, slamming doors and strange pulling on their bed sheets. The couple says they brought in a team of paranormal investigators, who confirmed paranormal activity inside the home. Chinchilla and Callan claim the activity forced them to move out of the home after just a week.
