JACKSONVILLE, Florida - A man who police said they found asleep in his car with his baby in the back seat and a bag of cocaine on his lap was recently arrested.
Clifford Campbell was booked into the Jacksonville Jail because of what police said they found when they spotted him sleeping in front of his house.
