Rochester, Minnesota - A 52-year-old Rochester man, arrested four days after being released from jail on new charges of exposing himself in public, pleaded guilty to the charges Friday and blamed a prescription drug for his actions. Michael Lynn Shirk-Heath told Olmsted District Judge Robert Birnbaum that at the time of the latest offenses, he was on a drug for restless leg syndrome.
