Park Ridge - A man disguised as a woman allegedly handcuffed two employees of a northwest suburban bank Wednesday and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash from the vault. The man, who was wearing a black and pink dress, white gloves, sandals and a woman’s sun hat, announced to the two employees that he was robbing the bank and demanded to be taken to the vault, police said.
